DR. DARREN LIM

Dentist

Born and raised in Wellington, Darren has been proud to call Australia home for over 10 years. He was initially torn between the fields of medicine, architecture, and engineering until he realised that being a dentist would allow him to combine the altruism, artistry, and science of all three! Darren completed his Bachelor of Dental Surgery in 2016 at the University of Otago in New Zealand and had a busy few years working in Gippsland before settling back in Melbourne.

Darren centres his care around the philosophy of “treating others how you would like to be treated” so you can be confident your best interests are at heart. He will take the time every appointment to not only make sure your concerns are addressed but also get to know you as a person - not just a set of pearly whites. Nervous patients can relax as well because Darren knows firsthand what it is like wanting to avoid the dentist and is great at easing you into things (he even used to walk the long way to primary school to avoid the local clinic!).

In his spare time, Darren enjoys travelling, keeping fit at the gym and is always on the hunt for good
food and drink. Although Australia is home now, his sporting loyalty still lies with New Zealand and he is an avid supporter of the All Blacks and Black Caps.
